THE LIST OF BRANCHES FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR 2010 – 2011

MACHINERY BRANCHES

4-year courses:

  • 23 - 44 - L/01 Mechanist of machines and equipment
  • 23 - 45 - L/01 Mechanist fixer

3-year courses:

  • 23 - 51 H/01 Machinery mechanist
  • 23 - 52 - H/001 Machinist - turner

Students will take welding lessons and obtain the certificate in all these courses. In 4-year courses there is a special part focused on programming CNC machines.

ELECTRONICS BRANCHES

4-year course:

  • 26 - 43 - L/01 Mechanist - electromechanist

3-year courses:

  • 26 - 51 - H/01 Electrician
  • 26 - 51 - H/02 Electrician - heavy current

The 4-year course Mechanist - electromechanist is focused on technical part of computers and CISCO. Another important part are lessons of electro - programming in a special classroom CAD.
3-year courses give special practise in installing works, completing basic circuit design including measurements of parametres. Courses involve a modul of automatic technologies.

CHEMISTRY

4-year course:

  • 28 - 42 - L/01 Chemist - operator

3-year course:

  • 28 - 52 - H/01 Chemist

In project teaching students learn about environmental situation and solve problems connected with pollution. They learn about necessities in bringing new eco - technologies into production in industry as well as other parts of existence.

GASTRONOMY

4-year course:

  • 65 - 41 - L/01 Gastronomy

3-year course:

  • 65 - 51 - H/01 Chef - waiter

4-year course as well as other courses is finished after passing final examinations. It prepares students for managing culinary and catering for common and special ocassions, final meal preparations presented in front of clients, knowledge of roles for menu and beveridges and skills for serving in both public and luxurious restaurants.
3-year course in arranged as an independent branch of professional service in culinary and serving meals having a wide perspective for the whole collective meal service.
Therse who are interested can obtain special certificates in courses Barman, Foodcrafting or Cold refreshments.

FOOD BRANCHES

3-year corses:

  • 29 - 53 - H/01 Baker : suitable for boys and girls; after finishing graduates are able to manage all parts of bakery and pose themselves in fully qualified baking companies or they can continue in their studies by taking further courses.
  • 29 - 54 - H/01 Sweets making production : an attractive course especially for girls
  • 29 - 56 - H/01 Butcher - sausage maker: graduates girls and boys are able to work in meat production and / or business companies including distribution and sale.

The condition for accepting applications is gradiating from 3-year courses proved by a vocational certificate. Taking further courses guarrantee to widen knowledge obtained in previous courses, and it is finished by passing final examinations and obtaining a final certificate.
